3 Days Kibale- Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day One: Drive to Kibale National Park.
Very early in the morning before 6:00 am you will have breakfast and drive to Fort portal reaching in the afternoon. You will have lunch and then transfer to the Park headquarters where you will be briefed about the whole process of tracking and the walk along the different trails, to go track the chimpanzee. The walk will be guided providing information on both flora and fauna making it interesting. When it comes to fauna don’t miss out on the Adam tree that has attracted lots of Uganda youth to go for a walk in this forest. Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge / Mountains of the moon/ Primates Lodge.

Day Two: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park / Boat Ride Kazinga channel.
Very early in the morning you will have breakfast and transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park. The journey will take you to enter the park through the Ishasha sector where you will have a game drive enroute. You should watch out for game like the tree climbing Lions, Uganda Kobs, and monkeys to mention. You will then drive to the park headquarters to reach in the afternoon. Later on you will go for a boat ride on the Kazinga channel that connects Lakes Edward and George. This launch cruise will reward you with game like hippos, buffaloes, and plenty of birds. For birders this is another paradise. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge / Mweya institute of Ecology.

Day Three: Game drive / Drive back to Kampala.

Before sunrise you will go for a game drive in the pack to search for predator and nocturnal dwellers as they return to their hide outs.  Expect species such as Elephants, buffaloes, side stripped jackals, hyena, leopards, Lions, warthogs, Uganda Kobs, Giant forest Hogs to mention. After the game drive you will drive back to Kampala to reach in the evening.
